The steps necessary to establish a financing relationship with Brookridge are:

Submit a completed and signed New Client Application Form with the appropriate enclosures. Brookridge will process your Application within 24 hours and will call you with additional questions or overnight you contracts with all appropriate forms; (download BFS Application Form)
Return the signed contracts and forms to Brookridge along with a $300 check (note: this is the only fee charged and is to cover actual UCC lien search and filing fees);
Send out notices of assignment to selected customers directing them to make payment to Brookridge; and
Receipt by Brookridge of these notices
